About CollectionDB

CollectionDB is a community database of collectibles (figures, books, manga, music, video, games, goods and more) and a place to keep track of your own collection: what you own, what you ordered, what you wish for, and where it all sits on your shelves.

The catalogue is built by its users. Anyone with an account can add an item, complete its details and images, and link it to the series, characters, artists and companies it belongs to. Every edit is kept in the item's history, and contributors earn experience and levels that unlock more editing rights.

What you can do

  • Find any item Search by title, series, character, artist or company, filter the catalogue, or search with a photo of the item.
  • Track your collection Mark items as wished, ordered, owned or previously owned, with prices, dates and shops.
  • Follow your shipments Group your orders into shipments, follow them from preparation to delivery, including through a proxy.
  • Arrange your shelves Draw your bookcases, place your items as they really are, and find any of them in a second, in 2D or in 3D.
  • Never miss a release Watch items, series and companies, and get notified about new releases and pre-orders.
  • Share it, or not Show your collection and wishlist on your profile, and choose who can see each part of it.
  • Contribute Add and improve items and entities, earn experience, levels and achievements.
  • See only what you want Adult content is flagged and hidden by default; your adult content filters decide what you see.

Free, and independent

CollectionDB is free to use, without ads and without selling your data. It is an independent project run by Axordow Studios, not affiliated with the companies, shops or artists whose products are listed. Names, logos and product pictures belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the products.
